What Causes Burning Sensation On Elbow Skin After An Injury?
when i was doing dips my hand slipped and i hit my elbow on a sharp corner. my bone doesn t hurt, but when i rub or hit a certain spot on my elbow skin it burns like fire on the inside in the same spot. don t know what it is and it burns really bad just with a simple touch. what can i do.
With the history it sounds to be direct hurt to the bone and the skin is irritated for now due to sensory disturbance Caused due to injury.
This does not sound to be a major injury and the symptoms will subside soon. Do icing and rest the part for a week or so. Post which you can start your exercise regime again.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
