Hello,

With the history it sounds to be direct hurt to the bone and the skin is irritated for now due to sensory disturbance Caused due to injury.

This does not sound to be a major injury and the symptoms will subside soon. Do icing and rest the part for a week or so. Post which you can start your exercise regime again.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
