What Causes Burning Sensation On The Vaginal Labia During Pregnancy?

i am 35 weeks pregnant, yesterday had a constant burning feeling in the vagina and labia that intensified with urination and no discharge, got a one dose treatment for yeast infections and took it last night ( i have had maybe 6 yeast infections in my life and used the same product with no problems) upon application of the treatment the burning and pain got worse and this morning i wake up with very very painful and swollen labia.....please help! Thankyou.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion yeast infection presents with white curdy vaginal discharge associated with itching.But as there is no discharge the possibility if yeast infection is less.This burning and swelling might be due to some allergy .Avoid tight inners and tight clothing.Avoid scented deodorants or toilet papers.Also get an BP examination done to rule out hypertension.As high BP also might present with swelling of feet and vulva.
