What Causes Burning Sensation While Passing Urine?

Hi Dr. Matthew Mintz, I just came out of the restroom not 2 minutes ago and had an unusual experience. I was peeing, which was fine. Just a normal pee. It wasn t till the last drops that suddenly an excess of clear liquid with streams of white followed. It burnt a lot and I refrained from doing it once it started. I sat on the toilet for a bit more because I knew there was more needing to come out. Eventually the pain went away but it really stung when I tried letting it out.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
