What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating?

HI. I HAVE (1) OVARY (LEFT) AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH IT BEING SCARRED AND WHEN IRRITATED IT LEAKS BLOOD, IT HAPPENS AFTER INTERCOURSE ONCE IN A WHILE. WHEN IT FLARES UP I GET THE FEELING OF MENSTRUAL CRAMPING, BURNING FEELING WHEN URINATE, REDNESS ON LABIA MINOR AND FEELING OF SWELLING/PRESSURE. IT DOES FEEL BETTER, ALMOST GOES AWAY, WHEN I LAY DOWN AND WORSE WHEN I STAND OR SIT SO IT DOES PUT ME DOWN FOR A DAY OR SO. THE FIRST WEEK IS BAD, THEN AFTER THE BURNING GOES AWAY AND THE SWOLLEN FEELING THEN THE REST STAYS FOR A FEW WEEKS. JUST WONDERING IF IT IS THE BLOOD FROM MY OVARY CAUSING THIS.

Repsected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Burning micturition is isolated event from ovary problem ( eg.ovarian cyst /
hemorrhagic cyst ) unless there is associated Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
with it causing bacterial invasion of the adjecent urinary tract organs.
*Burning micturition is due to alterd pH of urine by - infection -
dehydration-associated urogenital lesions - certain drugs - sexually
transmitted disease inadequate hygiene of private parts - stones .
