What Causes Burning Sensation While Urination?
Hi, I have had burning sensation while urinating for 4 weeks now. Doc found elevated white blood cells in urine but no bacteria. Had white floaty balls in urine 2 days ago and black/flakey bits today...any thoughts on cause. Std tests came back clear ( male 36)

Most common cause of burning sensation while urination is UTI.
Dehydration and improper hygiene are aggravating factor.
Urine culture is the confirmatory tests.
I will treat this type of case as below:
Tablet bactrim DS for 7 days
Tablet pyridium
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and empty the bladder completely.
