What Causes Burning Stomach Pain?

I am having stomach paining and burning sensation in the left upper part. Doctor gave me Bfilac and omen 20 tablet and it did work. But then after all the tablets are finished i was outside so I had a break of around 4 days and I feel the pain coming back. What can be the problem? Now he gave me enterogermina and pan 40.. I did ultrasonography but nothing wrong came out

Gastritis may cause abdominal burning sensation.
Gastric ulcer may rule out.

Infection of H. pylori is most common in stomach.
More amount of taking NSAIDS may cause abdominal problems.

Too fatty food, spicy foods, oily foods may cause burning sensation in stomach.

Stressful condition may cause abdominal burning sensation.

Alcohol drinking and smoking may affect stomach.

Celiac disease,crohn's disease like intestine infection may cause burning sensation.

Stool examination test is helpful for diagnose.
Endoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.
