What Causes Burning Urination In A Child?

My daughter is 5 years old and takes seizure medication for Epilepsy. Yesterday she urinated at around 11:30 and could not go after that time. She has been complaining of burnng but no ability to urinate, and when she finally was able to urinate it was bright neon yellow. What could this mean?

It may be due to urinary tract infection.

For further evaluation, She may require a urine routine investigation after a detailed medical examination by a paediatrician.

Till then keep her well hydrated, maintain proper hygiene.
