Hi,
Pain in stomach is possibly ulcer in stomach or duodenum. It can be controlled through medications like proton pump inhibitors and H2 blockers. In acute pain, antacids can be used.
Burning urine is now a concern. It is usually seen in urinary tract infections. Urine microscopy can help on confirmation. You can get a urine microscopy done. If previously done and it is negative, other things need to be thought of.
You can get a pap smear done to rule infection etiology of vagina or cervix.
Ask her to drink good amount of water.
Once you get the test done, we can discuss further.
Happy to help again.
