Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

The symptoms of painful urination, and burning sensation during urination are indicative for possible UTI. If I was your caring doctor would advise to run further diagnostic tests:
- urine analysis
- urine culture and sensitivity testing
- abdominal ultrasound
to determine/rule out UTI.

Antibiotics are the drugs of choice together with:
- urine pH neutralizers (magnesium citrate)
- herbal mixture for UTI (containing uva-ursi, cranberry, fern stone, etc.)
- increase in water intake
- limit of salty foods

Wish fast recovery!
