What Causes Burning While Urinating And White Discharge From Penis?

Hello, I recently had went to my family dr for a possable urinary track infection. He ran a PSA and a urine culture that came back ok. He still prescribed me with ciprofloxacn 250mg twice a day for 14 days. My symptoms still persist. I was wondering if I may have something that wouldnt show up on the test that were ran. My symptoms are burning durring urination at the tip of penis. also sour to squeez in this same area. I have a sticky clear but sometimes white discharge that stains yellow.

* As per my clinical experience, the condition seems to be urethritis with or without prostate infection.
* My recommendations at present

- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
- Prescription of urinary alkaliser, anti inflammatory medicines will help.
- Keep genitals clean.
- Discuss the need of urine culture with your doc.
- Avoid sex if involved.
