What Causes Burping And Pain In The Chest?

why does my chest hurt, i think it s after i drink soda or after eating, i start to burp alot my upper body (chest is in pain), (also I am starting cough again - this happens not at different times i don t think it s related to my drinking soda, and once in a while my nose will start to run not alot, I will take over the counter cough med and it stops. I had the whooping cough shot, is this allergies? I never had allergies before so i don t know the symptoms, but friends tell me my coughing is so i should take allergy meds, but when do i?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of pain in chest after drinking soda or after eating, starts with burping, nose running and thinking of an allergic cough and so on.
This can be very well allergic running nose and coughing too and needs proper clinical evaluation and examination by an ENT for proper diagnosis and treatment.Chest pain, burping is suggestive that you have GERD and needs PPI like Omeprazole, domperidone, antacid and supportive therapy. Preventive therapy in the form of saying no to the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems.
