What Causes Bursting Of Blood Vessels And Pinprick Spots Circling Eyes?

I have recently been diagnosed with anaemia and am on b12 injections monthly and iron tablets 3 a day. I have just noticed what appears to be a burst blood vessel on top of my vagina, it is a small speck that started bleeding for no reason, no trauma to it, I have only been seated watching tv nothing strenuous. I have had similar occurrences, pinprick spots circling both eyes and read spot-like rash on my forehead that faded in and out and I thought had gone but are back agai today. Is my anaemia causing this? Is it a lack of oxygen or dehydration? Searched internet but I cant find any explanation except lack of oxygen/dehydration. Please help

Hello
I reviewed the history. It seems from the history that you are having bursting of blood vessels around vagina and red spots around eyes.
These indicate dilatation of the vessels as a result of hypoxia induced by anemia.
These will improve with the treatment of anemia.
Hence continue the treatment as advised by your doctor for correction of anemia.

Thank you
