Hi,

Weak leg muscles or impaired valves might cause this pain as it becomes difficult for blood to be pumped up to your heart when you are seated. Try elevating your legs with help of pillows during sleep and wearing a tight stocking if you have. If it doesn't relieve after 2 days or happens more often, you might have to get evaluated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
