Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
I reviewed facts of your query in context to your health issues.
My Opinion-
In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from-DVT with Incompetent perforating veins causing baseball clot with
recurrent bruise with 2 dark red spots around it.
Increase of pain intensity indicates accompanied Thrombophletis in thrombosed perforater / or Deep Veins.
This is a bad indication, and need to be treated to prevent spread of DVT in calf with
thrombophlebitis to higher up levels with endangering effect on life by massive
pulmonary embolism.
Control of DVT with Coumadin/blood thinners and
Cather directed Thrombolyis with TPA(like Alteplase),after which
EVLT-with
sclerotherapy of affected incompetent perforator and long / short saphenous would resolve with long remissions.
Other causes need to be ruled out.
Your Vascular Surgeon and Physician in charge, need to be Consulted immediately,as to avoid massive embolic attack.
Alerts-
Take patient to ER and to treat for immediate control of thrombophelbitis with antibiotics and other needful treatments.
Next appointment-
After 2 weeks to review treatment for existing stomach problem .
If you update more information/ details upon these suggestions,I would give further suggestions on medicines to correct your health issues.
