Hello,

As the cellulitis may have occurred due to any kind of infection. Doing a simple test for the check of infection and antibiotics based on that will be good.

Also for regaining knee functions and mobility one needs to wait for the pain to come down. You can do quick icing in the lumbar spine which will desensitize the lower limb and regain movements of the knee.

But for cellulitis to get clear a blood test and antibiotics is a must.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
