What Causes Centre Abdominal Pain In 4year Old?

Hi ... My 4 year old son have centre abdomen pain yesterday around 12 midnight ... He keep on wake up and cry in pain . At around 2am bring him to doctor and the doc say is due to gas . I notice that he behave normal when I bring him to see doctor .. After take medicine he back to sleep and after 1 hr sleep he cry again on and off ... until morning .. At around 8am I bring him see difference clinic doctor again the doctor say due to gas ... Actually what happen to my son ... Can advice me ???

By what you quote I suggest you these possibilities -
1. Worm infestations.
2. Mesenteric lymphadenitis
3. Gastro esophageal reflux

I suggest you see the pediatrician if the problem persists. But on thing I need to tell you that nothing serious is going on in your son.
