What Causes Change In Vaginal Secretion And Residue?

I think I might have Smegma? I've been looking for an explanation for a change in vaginal secretions and residue I've been fighting for weeks now. I'm a very clean person so I'm confused as to how I may have gotten it. Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely yeast infection. But if there is any smell like fishy a bacterial vaginosis can be suspected. It is better to have a pelvic examination by gynecologist or GP to rule out this. For yeast infection i treat with clotrimazole cream or vaginal suppository for application. If there is bacterial vaginosis i advise combination of clindamycin or metronidazole with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository.I also recommend to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
