What Causes Chest And Shoulder Pains Along With High Bp?

27 yr male htn + chest pains, shoulder pains
Ive been having very high bp readings for
over a month, past few days heart has 0een racing an beating hard, and i get hot n dizzy. Today will laying down my left shoulder n chest started cramping very hard, and i got light headed, i feel dizzy now, should i seek er care?

Thanks for your question on HCM. Yes you should immediately rush to the ER. Your all symptoms like
1. High BP.
2. Chest pain with radiation to shoulder.
3. Dizziness and lightheadedness.
4. Heart beating fast.
All these favours cardiac disease. So please get done ECG and 2D Echo atleast. Control of hypertension is must. So consult cardiologist for this. And your age is too young (27) to have hypertension. So you should also screen for Renal artery Stenosis, Coarctation of aorta and other catecholamine secreting tumours.
