Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Your history suggests that he is suffering from middle ear infection.
Whenever there is infection of throat or nose with congestion the middle ear infection is exaggerated as it is connected by Eustachion tube with the throat.
Better consult ENT specialist.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
