What Causes Chest Heaviness After Eating?
I quit eating meat a month ago today. I have been eating veggies, but also a lot of carbs and drinking alcohol (nothing new, just thought I would add). For the past few days my stomach is killing me when I eat. I feel like all the food is sitting right on top of my stomach. What could it be?
