Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Panic attacks, pleuracy or acid reflux may cause chest pain. As you told you have been evaluated for cardiac causes of chest pain. so probably she may be suffering from non cardiac causes.

Do yoga and meditation. Use anti anxiety drugs. Avoid caffeinated drinks and carbonated beverages. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
