What Causes Chest Pain And Smelly Urine?

Sir, my serum samples reveals abnormals as that alkaline phosphate is 146.7 ui , bilirubin direct is 0.27mg/dl, red cell distribution width 50.8fl and red cell distribution width (rdw-cv) as 16%. High sensitivity C- reactive protein 0.14 mg/dl showing range as moderate risk. I am physically inactive from childhood.I am feeling left side chest pain and my urine smells odour. Rectum odour also. Kindly advice and suggest sir. Thanks in advance. Regards, satish aged 33m
