What Causes Chest Pain In Children?

Hi. My 10yr old daughter is complaining of pains in her chest, she doesn't really describe it well she just says it really hurts. It seems as though it's central but possibly slightly more to the right side.. No other symptoms, it's been going on for a while though. ? Thx

Dear parent, this pain could be due to a number of causes including gastritis, myositis or cardiac insufficient .
