Hi,
I have gone through your question and understood your concern.

Chest pain related to exercise or exertion is most likely of cardiac origin. This is especially true if it is located in the centre of the chest, feels like pressure, weight or squeezing, associated with shortness of breath, calms at rest or by nitrate medications, lasts a few minutes, and does not change with breathing, change in position or cough.

Your age and sex are risk factors but your active lifestyle and no-tobacco use are protective. It's not clear if your recent surgery has anything to do with it but from the information provided, it is unlikely.

So a 12-lead ECG is required to screen for an underlying heart condition. So talk about it with your doctor as soon as possible given the potential serious consequences of delayed diagnosis and treatment.
I hope this helped. Feel free to write back if you have any more questions.

Wish you safe health
