What Causes Chest Pain While Eating?

i am having a problem with my chest, when i eat also am having a pain in my chest near the breasts.. am a woman. when i drink water also i get that problem. i recently started drinking red bull. but that also around 3 mouths for a day. but i didn't fall or anything for the muscles there to get pressed. i go for gym but that i did not do any exercise for muscles to get stretched there at all. it just also pains. i cant understand why that is so. please tell me why that is paining like this..

- gastritis - duodenitis - ulcer in stomach or duodenum - gastro
esophageal reflux disorder - narrowing of stomach outlet - hiatus
hernia - others .

* Needs thorough clinical evaluation and further work up with tests of
upper GI endoscopy , Barium examination & MRI in selected cases
according to the clinical concern .
