What Causes Chest Pain,headache And Diarrhea?

I've been sick for 3 weeks now. I'm coughing,tired all the time, mild chest pain, headache, chills, I feel weak, difficulty breathing,diarrea, fevers come off and on. My doctor gave me antibiotics but its not working. I'm very restless. What is wrong with me?

Well come to HCM
This could be viral infection and as long as the diarrhea is concern here the hydration is matters, in my opinion the condition can be treated with, Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day, lyophilize lactobacillus can be tried, Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, some functional element could be the reason, take care.
