Hi, I have RA and am having a lot of chest pressure, a dry cough, sweating , a little shortness of breath when exerting, plus have Asthma, Have had all the test for my heart, all is well, Amen to that, but now need to move on to the next step, could you help me and give me some suggestions. Thank you.
RA can definetily affect heart and lungs. Its good that your heart is doing well but you should also look for lung problems like asthma. Chest pressure, dry cough can be certainly due to asthma and anemia because of RA can lead to easy fatigue and sweating. show to a rheumatologist for treatment.
