What Causes Chills And Excessive Sweating After A Bowel Movement?

Symptoms: 70 year old woman, in hospital 2 weeks for asthma/ respiratory issues, home 5 days before first bowel movement, chills but perspiring, no elevated temperature, blood sugar 149 in the morning but over 200 in afternoon, no appetite but a bit thirsty, still on nebulizer (ipratropium albuterol & budesonide twice daily). Will inject Trulicity at 5:00PM today. Many Rxs for various ( especially diabetes, chronic kidney disease stage 3, bipolar 1). On amoxicillin to prevent infection after knee fusion. Conscious, clear mind. Not sleeping well nights because of coughing, using OTC lozenges to sooth throat. Not mobile. Is this just coming down from hospitalization?

These are the multiple pathologies in age of seventy years of age such illness may have poor prognosis, these seems to be opportunistic infection, polytherapy is not advisable in this age, most indicated drugs only needs to be given, just to avoid the unwanted side effects, general nursing care is the best and even gives good result, diabetes only given most attention and it has to be controlled on tight rule basis.
