Another possibility is that of colitis with inflammation around the colon from where the nerves to the thigh pass and hence movement of the colon causes the symptoms:
I would advise you the following in such a situation: Clinical evaluation and examination by a Gastroenterologist. Colonoscopy. CT scan of the abdomen. Tests of stool, blood and urine. All these will give a proper diagnosis and a plan of proper management.
