What Causes Chills, Tingling Sensation In Extremities And Dizziness While Exercising?

I am a 40 year old male, and have been doing intense burst exercise training. Today near the end of an hour workout, I became cold, tingly in the extremeties, a bit dizzy and generally weak. My health is excellent, I am 6 tall, weigh 180 lbs, and am concerned. Could this be caused by hyperventilation during the intense workout phase? This has happened in similiar circumstances about 10 times since age 24. Should I be concerned?
