What Causes Chills With Shaking, Sweating, Severe Diarrhea And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi, I m a white male, 57, the symptoms are as follows: chills with extreme shaking while simultaneously sweating; severe diarrhea, loss of appetite. This has happened 3 times now, and each occurrence lasted for 2.5 to 3 days. The ER and my MD have been unable to pinpoint a cause. I am now extremely overanxious about when the next attack may come.

1.acute gastrentritis/bacillary dysentery
2.Malaria
3.Pneumonea
4.Urinarytract infection
5. Lymphomas
6.Tuberculosis/TB abdomen
7.lymphomas
8.Acute viral Fever
