General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
While you have already been treated for H. pylori, it is important to see for the reasons for food coming up and choking you.
I would advise you the following in such a situation where you have lost weight also:
Upper GI Endoscopy again.
Barium studies for esophagus, stomach and small intestine. this helps to see for the reflux, hiatus hernia, stricture and so on.
Also get the blood, urine and stool tested.
Therapeutic trial with a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and antacid.
IF there is a surgical reason then only surgery can help alleviate the symptoms. Once corrected, you will regain the weight and vigor.
Get a consultation of a Gastroenterologist and General Surgeon too.
