Hello

thank you for trusting healthcare magic

Dear amoebiasis is most commonly spread by fecoral route. even unwashed hands after toilet or contaminated water or food may gives you infection. you told other problems in history
what are those problems? your stool examination shows pus cells.how many pus cells your not mentioned.

you have to take anti amoebic medication for 7-10days,and check stool examination. if you suffering from bloating and loose motions get stool culture done . avoid spicy food and alcohol.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
