What Causes Chronic Constipation, Weight Gain And Blood In Stool?

I started having constipation problems as a child, at two years having to go to doctor to get enemas. Now at 50, my stomach gets so bad, severe burning (no medication has helped), pain/stabbing, constipation, weight gain up to 25 lbs if symptoms last 2 weeks or more, burping, gas and sometimes light pink blood when I wipe. I have had tests and was told nothing was wrong inside me? I dont kow what to do these symptoms get so bad that I cannot do anything but lye down.
