What Causes Chronic Cough Along With Breathing Difficulty And Runny Nose?

I had a bad coughing attack to the point I felt like I couldn t breathe and my air waves were closing shut I was gasping for air, my nose was running and my eyes were watering and it lasts about 5 minutes..what is this? it s not the first time I ve had this but when it happens I have to go outside for fresh air...after that happening I feel exhausted the rest of the day

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from cough variant of asthma attacks repeatedly. So avoid cool'drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use bronchodilators or nebulizer at the time of attack.
If symptoms not improved please consult your pulmonologist he will examine and do chest x-ray , PFT then treat you accordingly.

Dear you may be suffering from allergic rhinitis with bronchial asthma. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day. Avoid allergens like pollen, dander and cool environment. Use bronchodilators like Duolin or Budecort for Nebulization. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
