HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The most common reasons for chronic cough are: (1) post nasal drip- this is the most common
(2)reflux which you have been treating for years
(3)asthma
(4)non asthmatic eosinophilic bronchitis

Since you have been using medications and lifestyle changes directed towards reflux for a long time with no improvement then one of the other causes may need to be considered.

The use of a decongestant and anthistamine combination would help with the post nasal drip though it can take 2 to 3 weeks of consistent use of this medication for an effect.

I hope this helps
