What Causes Chronic Diarrhea After Gall Bladder Removal?

i had my gall bladder removed early last year and i am having severe cronic diahrrea is this normal or could there be something else wrong? it is affecting my life im am a 30 yr old female from oklahoma and it was removed because it was malfunctioning.

Hello,

Gallbladder removal may lead to decreased sufficient release of bile along with food may lead to indigestion and bloating.

Take small quantity food with low fat may useful. Avoid spicy food and caffeine drinks.

It may postcholecystectomy syndrome in which repeated attacks if bloating and pain abdomen which is relieved by passing stools.

Use tablet pantoprazole.

A low-fat diet with regular exercise may useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
