What Causes Chronic Fatigue And Cramps In The Legs?

I have chronic fatigue, weakness in the right side if my body, balance issues, cramps in toes, feet, legs, fingers, hands and arms. I ve had Bells Palsy 2x in the last 5 yrs, I have muscle twitches everywhere constantly. I have tremors (more pronounced in right side). I am constantly overheating.
