What Causes Chronic Fatigue With Frequent Urination And Black Specks In Stool?

Have been dealing with some very bad chronic fatigue for years, frequent and nighttime urination, vivid dreaming, and lately I have noticed an up-tic in odd BMs. Usually, there are more than 3 a day with mucus and black specks in them. Any ideas? Also, have a tendency to pass out right before a BM in the mid morning hours and in the afternoon. Haven't has any exams for it yet other than a blood test.

*Any history of recurrent fever / thyroid pain/ eye pain / bulging eye ball/ tiredness?
*Periods- is it regular?
*How is your quality of life?
*Any family history of thyroid disease/ goiter or thyroid malignancy?

any history of thigh or arm muscle weakness/ hump/striae?
