I have developed chronic gastric and duodenal ulcer for the last 4 years, I have visited several gastroenterologist and took a lot of medicines, i have been treated for H pylori twice, but still no sign of improvement, while taking medicine I become ok but, after the medicines end, it relapses. the most painful and worrying situation is the inflammation and soars in side my mouth, would you have apiece of advice?
An ulcer is forever an ulcer, was an old saying of gastrohepatology, so you should pay a chronic attention to your chronic situation. As for the mouth problems the acidic cause is only suspected because your stomach doesn't produce to much acid and seeing a dentist is a good option.
