What Causes Chronic Lethargy, Lower Stomach Protrusion And Weakness?

I am a 31 y/o male suffering from chronic lethargy, lower stomach protrusion and weakness (i.e leaden feeling) in my arms and legs. My hands in particular feel really weak. Thank you for help in this regard.

Noted the history of a male of 31 feeling lethargy, lower stomach protrusion, and weakness in arms and legs hands feel weak.
It is difficult to say with such a short history the probable causes of your symptoms.
The most probable causes I can think of are:
Hypothryroidism
Anemia
Some chronic diseases like diabetes and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination and investigations according to the clinical findings.
This way the root cause can be found out and proper treatment started to get the results.
