What Causes Chronic Loose Motions With WBC/HPF:4-6?

Hi Dr. I am having the problem of loose motions for the past 3 months. My problem is that when ever I eat food from outside, I will immediately get lose motion. When I checked my motion there was WBC/HPF : 4-6. Kindly inform me what I should do to solve my problem.

Dear you may be developing allergy to out side food.
It is inducing inflammation in your GI leads to pain and loose motion.
WBC seen in inflammatory bowel disease or infections (shingles, salmonella amoebiasis and giardia) or food intolerance.

Please avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking.
Use probiotics still symptoms persisting, consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
