Im at a loss. Any additional insite would be great. PMH: type 2 diabetes, Vitamin D deficiency , IBS. MEDS: Omeprazole 40mg QD, Vitamin D 2,000 units daily, Levbid prn, and Zantac prn

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If this is the symptoms of vomiting and no cause of it being detected up till now then it could be due to food allergy or it may be due to acid peptic disease, in case of diabetes if the blood glucose level is not maintained on tight rule basis then it may also cause the symptoms of vomiting, I would advise to try Ondansetron and try to change the diet, hope this information helps.

Thank You!
