General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to occipital neuralgia.
I suggest using painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the headache.
I also suggest massage of the neck and physical therapy.
If the symptoms continue, you should see a neurologist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
