What Causes Chronic Pain And Stiffness In The Joints?

I have been in pain for five years....lumps in body...move around and now pain is inside rib bones. I thought it was cancer but due to many things I am wondering if I might have FM? Symptoms include chronic pain, stiff joints, lumps that trigger off one another, so tired I can t move some days, left arm is starting to drop things often, weird pulses through body, rashes that come and go and losing my voice on certain days.
