What Causes Chronic Stomach Cramps During Bowel Movements?

Hey i am 18 year old female and for the past 2 years or so before ive had to use the bathroom i get really bad stomach cramps. I know bowel movements can create some stomach pain but mine is very painful and also every time i have to use the bathroom. sometimes i even feel like i might throw up or cant stand up. also in the past year or less, some sauces i eat can cause what i believe to be acid reflex, so i dont kno if that maybe effects my terrible stomach pains whenever i do have to use the bathroom. please give me an idea or what is wrong thank you!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Pain in abdomen related to passing stool is called tenesmus.
This can occur due to the following reasons:
Colitis.
Enteritis.
IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
Intestinal obstruction.
Amoebiasis.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways.
Tests of stool.
Tests of blood and urine.
Ultrasonography of abdomen and CT scan if required.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon preferably.
Once the cause is diagnosed specific treatment can be done properly.
Till then take a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics. This may help.
Antispasmodics when required.
