Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stomach pain which can occur due to many reasons and it is extremely important to find out the exact cause. Need not to worry. Avoid intake of outside and hot and spicy foods. Take diet rich in probiotics. I would advise you to consult general physician once and get complete examination done like complete blood count, stool examination, ultrasound scan of abdomen, colonoscopy & contrast studies. Avoid intake of sharp spicy and oily food. You should start treatment after complete examination. Doctor may prescribe you traditional drugs like lactulose, milk of magnesia and cremaffin or bisacodyl tablets. Drink one spoon of honey in warm water daily.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
