What Causes Chunky Bowel Movement And Blood To Come Out Of Anus?

I had been having small chunky, bowel movements, sometime with reddish brown mucus for about a week and then On Saturday night I had severe stomach cramping and pain for about 1-2 hours before I finally had what felt like a normal bowel movement except a lot of brown watery fluid also gushed out during and one other time afterwards. I had no more bowel movements that day but the pain persisted through ,I d-day Sunday. Then yesterday, Monday, I was urinating and passed gas which felt wet and when I wiped there was a good amount of blood on the toilet paper. Then I was the rest of the day and all day Tuesday until just now I had another chunky bowel movement and there was a good amount of blood and what looked like it could have been a clot but I can be positive. I had no pain, nor did I strain during the bowel movement,but now as I m writing this, I m having moderate pain and gas below my rib cage down to my lower abdomen with moderate low back pain which is more prominent on my left side. Should I go to the E.R.?
