What Causes Clear Yellow Anal Discharge Before Bowel Movements?

Dear sir, I am an indian and living in Qatar from 9 month. I have the digestive & gass problem from my chiledhood that have to goes bathroom three times in a day. now, from 4 -5 month i am suffering with new a problem, as the same problem i goes bathroom for bowel more than three time in a day with new problem. new problem is this that before the bowel movement some liqiued (clear water in low quantity) comes from my anus. sometime I feel a liqiued drop in my anus and goes into bathroom and wip with tisue paper. that liqiued drop coloure is yellow and with bad small (like fat burn). so, I want to know from you , what is this proble , Please suggest me I am very worry about it. Thanks
