What Causes Clearing Up Of Eczema After Cultruelle Probiotics Intake?

hI for the last week I've been giving my 35 mo old son cultruelle probiotics and two nordic naturals DHA Supplements and for the last 3 days he has had loose stools. However his eczema has cleard up. I was wondering is this just his body being cleand out or is this something I should be consirned about and should stop giving him this combination

There is nothing to be concerned about. Majority of diarrhea are viral in origin and self limiting.
In the absence of blood in stools, baby accepting feeds well and no fever there is no cause for concern.
Continue giving probiotics.
